🧾 Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various supply chain and logistics operations including order management, transportation planning, and customer service coordination.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage distribution cost, order management, and transportation management
Handle customer service and MIS reporting
Lead CS&L team to achieve business KPIs
Manage Order to Cash (OTC) functions
Coordinate dispatch planning and logistics operations
Ensure end-to-end order management to last-mile delivery
Manage PAN India distributors, hotel properties, and direct customers
Handle stock visibility, order allocation, and shipment tracking
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
Manage supply network planning for 300+ delivery locations
Monitor OTD and OTIF performance metrics
Implement logistics digitalization and automation
Manage insurance claim settlements
Ensure 79%+ in-full delivery performance
Control local transportation costs (₹1.5 Crore annually)
Prepare daily MIS reports such as order status, sales reports, and pending orders
Manage freight provision and month-end closing
Handle customer returns and logistics issues
